While waiting for a tow truck to arrive, the Suspect put the vehicle in drive and fled the scene at a high rate of speed. The vehicle was later located in the 300 Block of E Street SE. A witness stated the Suspect collided with a tree and a curb at that location. A canvass for the Suspect was met with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. CIS was notified and will continue to investigate. | |
