A canvass for a Suspect was conducted with negative results. CSS responded and processed the scene. | |

A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Pennsylvania Avenue SE. A WALES/NCIC checked revealed no driving status in Maryland, Virginia or the District of Columbia. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O exited the vehicle and used it to block demonstrators from continuing to travel eastbound on D Street NE. Upon retuning to the vehicle, R/O discovered it had been vandalized with a permanent marker in 3 different areas. Crime Scene processed the scene. | |

Once on the scene, the Complainant stated an unknown vehicle struck their parked vehicle causing substantial damage and then fled the scene. A canvass for vehicle and witnesses was negative. | |

When this police line was formed, a Suspect crossed the police line several times after being told to stop. The Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ processing. | |

The Suspects were warned to cease and desist their demonstration activity, but refused to do so. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspects were arrested. | |
NO PERMIT + DRIVING UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS POSSESSION OF OPEN CONTAINER OF ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE IN MOTOR VEHICLE | 7:42:00 | 240721001902 | R/O observed a vehicle with an expired Virginia tag traveling southbound in the 600 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check confirmed the tags were expired in Virginia. R/O conducted a traffic stop in the 500 Block of North Capitol Street NW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed no valid permit in the District of Columbia, Maryland or Virginia. R/O noticed a strong odor of cannabis coming from inside the vehicle. SFSTs were conducted and due to multiple signs of impairment, the Suspect was arrested and transported to HQ for processing. During an inventory search of the vehicle, R/O found an open cup containing alcohol in the vehicle. |
