A WALES/NCIC check revealed the driver had a suspended Maryland driver's license and no permit status in Virginia or the District of Columbia. A traffic stop was conducted in the 200 Block of Second Street SW. A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed a suspended license out of Alabama, with no status in the District of Columbia, Maryland, or Virginia. The Suspect advised R/O of two firearms in the vehicle. CSS responded to process the scene. A loaded .22 caliber handgun with an inserted magazine with 18 rounds of ammunition, and a black 9mm handgun were located. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. CIS was notified. | |

SIMPLE ASSAULT + THREATS TO DO BODILY HARM - MISD | 9:54:00 | 240911002344 | R/O responded to the intersection of Third Street and Massachusetts Avenue NE for the report of an assault. R/O arrived on scene at the same location and the Complainant advised they were walking in the 300 Block of Massachusetts Avenue NE when a verbal disagreement ensued with the Suspect. The Suspect then proceeded to strike the Complainant with a walking stick and yell "I can kill you". CSS responded and processed the scene. During a canvass of the area A/O located the Suspect at the intersection of Seventh and F Streets NE. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

R/O made contact with the individual, and a WALES/NCIC inquiry revealed multiple active bench warrants held by the District of Columbia Superior Court. The Suspect was placed under arrest, and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
POSSESSION PROHIBITED WEAPON + CONSUMPTION OF MARIJUANA IN PUBLIC SPACE PROHIBITED RESISTING ARREST | 16:11:00 | 240911002355 | R/O observed two males in the Unit Block of Louisiana Avenue NW smoking cigarettes emitting an odor of marijuana. While the Suspect was retrieving identification from their bag, R/O observed the Suspect attempting to conceal something inside the bag. R/O instructed the Suspect to stop reaching in the bag, to which the Suspect ignored the verbal commands turned away and continued to reach into the bag. R/O grabbed the Suspects arm and attempted to place them into handcuffs. The Suspect refused and attempted to pull away from the R/O. The Suspect was placed under arrest. During a search incident to arrest the R/O located a cigarette with a green leafy substance inside, and a knife with an assisted fold out function. CSS responded and processed the scene. The Suspect was transported to Headquarters for processing. | |

A WALES/NCIC check of the Suspect revealed multiple extraditable warrants out of Prince Williams County, Virginia confirmed through USCP Communications. The Suspect was placed under arrest and transported to Headquarters for processing. | |
